Submission of abstracts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept proposals in an oral contribution format (maximum 20 minutes) or poster (A1 size \u2013 594 x 841 mm, to be presented according to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dipc3.web.ua.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/poster-modelo-3.pptx\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dipc3.web.ua.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/poster-modelo-3.pptx\">poster template<\/a>&nbsp;provided and the printing must be done by the author). Abstract submissions will take place up until the 10 July 2023. Proposals must be sent to the&nbsp;<strong>ic-ua-dipc3@ua.pt<\/strong>&nbsp;address, with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 name(s) of the author(s);<br>\u2013 institution;<br>\u2013 title of the paper\/ poster;<br>\u2013 indication of whether it is an oral contribution\/paper or billboard;<br>\u2013 e-mail;<br>\u2013\u00a0ORCID;<br>\u2013 complete address;<br>\u2013\u00a0abstract of up to 300 words;<br>\u2013 6 keywords;<br>\u2013 brief CV (up to 5 lines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contributions arising from academic work in progress should include (upon authorization) the supervisor(s) as coauthors. All abstracts will be subject to review by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail until 20 July 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>3. Submission of final texts and presentation criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The final texts of oral or poster contributions for publication will also be subjected to a peer review process and must be sent to&nbsp;<strong>ic-ua-dipc3@ua.pt<\/strong>&nbsp;until the 31 December 2023, in accordance with the following stipulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Formatting: 12 point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>References, according to APA (see tutorial at &lt;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ua.pt\/sbidm\/biblioteca\/ReadObject.aspx?obj=16988\">http:\/\/www.ua.pt\/sbidm\/biblioteca\/ReadObject.aspx?obj=16988<\/a>&gt;);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Header: title, name(s), institution(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abstract up to 300 words (Portuguese and English);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 keywords (Portuguese and English);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Page limit: 20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.&nbsp; Important dates: 2.
